Description of the Yamaha APX700L Electro-Acoustic Natural

With a solid spruce top and nato back and sides, the APX700 projects a warm, mature tone with a rich, ringing sustain both acoustically and amplified. The ergonomics make this guitar ready for any stage.

APX guitars are designed to be played live – and the APX 700 as much as any. The APX700 utilises Yamaha’s new A.R.T. (Acoustic resonance Transducer) pickup which offers the player the most natural sound of any acoustic pickup. The APX700 is fitted with a 1-way A.R.T. pickup and uses the System 56 preamp. The 3-band equalizer gives the ability to accurately control the mid-range for versatility that meets any musician’s needs. The system is also equipped with an onboard tuner for easy tuning onstage or off.
